FC 26 La Albiceleste Objectives: Three-Match Speedrun Guide
I’ve been grinding EA SPORTS FC 26 Ultimate Team since the La Albiceleste objective set went live, and at first glance it looked like a proper scattergun mess. Different difficulties, different goal thresholds, and enough conditions to make me think I’d need five or six separate Squad Battles sessions. Then I realized the whole thing collapses into a tidy three-match speedrun if I stack the tasks correctly. The secret? Every single task targets the La Albiceleste Featured Squad, which only shows up in Squad Battles. That means I control the difficulty, and I can farm goals, tough wins, and clean sheets in one sitting.

The Golden Rule: Bring Your Best Squad
Before I touch the difficulty slider, I make sure I’m rolling with my strongest Ultimate Team squad. The difficulty jumps from Beginner to Ultimate to Legendary, so quality players are non-negotiable. If I bring a half-baked team, the harder matches turn into a sweaty nightmare. With my best XI, though, it’s no sweat.

Match 1: Beginner Goal Farm (30 Goals Exactly)
This is the easiest part of the grind, but it comes with a nasty little trap. I select the La Albiceleste Featured Squad in Squad Battles, set the difficulty to exactly Beginner, and score exactly 30 goals. Not 29, not 31. Exactly 30. This one match checks off four separate tasks:
-
Score 15 goals against the La Albiceleste Featured Squad on exactly Beginner difficulty
-
Score 20 goals against the La Albiceleste Featured Squad on exactly Beginner difficulty
-
Score 25 goals against the La Albiceleste Featured Squad on exactly Beginner difficulty
-
Score exactly 30 goals against the La Albiceleste Featured Squad on exactly Beginner difficulty
All four pop progressively as I hit each threshold, so I’m basically ticking boxes while banging in goals for fun. ⚠️ Warning: Do not score more than 30 goals. Going past 30 can crash the game. I count carefully as I approach the limit, and once I hit 30, I stop attacking and just pass the ball around. No need to be a hero.
Match 2: Ultimate Difficulty Win (Concede 3 or Fewer)
This is the real test. I set the difficulty to Ultimate and win the game while conceding no more than 3 goals. This single match clears three more tasks:
-
Win 1 match against the La Albiceleste Featured Squad on minimum Professional difficulty
-
Win 1 match against the La Albiceleste Featured Squad on minimum World Class difficulty
-
Concede 3 goals or fewer against the La Albiceleste Featured Squad on exactly Ultimate difficulty
The formation that works best for me is the 4-2-3-1 (wide). I set my defensive depth to low so my team holds its shape and doesn’t leave gaps behind the midfield line. Ultimate difficulty AI punishes a high line like a shark smelling blood, so keeping the block compact is priority number one. I stay patient in possession, don’t force passes, and take my chances when they come.
Tip: If I manage to win Match 2 without conceding a single goal, I can skip Match 3 entirely. Clean sheets on Ultimate are tough but not impossible with the right setup. I’ve done it a few times, and it feels like stealing candy from a baby.
Match 3: Legendary Clean Sheet (Only If Needed)
This match is only required if I conceded goals in Match 2. I start a match against the La Albiceleste Featured Squad on Legendary difficulty and keep a clean sheet. Win without conceding, and the final objective condition closes out. Same defensive logic applies: low depth, compact shape, and patience in possession. Legendary AI is no joke, but if I keep my cool and don’t dive into tackles, I can usually snuff out their attacks.
Why Squad Battles Is the Only Way
All three matches target the La Albiceleste Featured Squad specifically, which only appears in Squad Battles. There’s no equivalent in Rivals or Champions for this objective set. The upside is that Squad Battles lets me control the difficulty setting directly, which is exactly what makes the three-match speedrun possible. I set Beginner for Match 1 to farm goals freely, then crank it up to Ultimate for Match 2 to satisfy the higher-difficulty win conditions in one go. If I need Match 3, Legendary gives me the final clean sheet check.
| Match | Difficulty | Main Goal | Tasks Cleared |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Beginner | Score exactly 30 goals | 4 tasks |
| 2 | Ultimate | Win, concede ≤3 | 3 tasks |
| 3 | Legendary | Win with clean sheet | 1 task (if needed) |
What Else I’m Grinding This Week
While I’m working through this objective set, I’m also keeping an eye on other active content. The FC 26 Ultimate Gauntlet 13 rewards guide is worth a look if I want to stack more rewards. The Journey of Nations: North America objectives are also live and offer a free 97-rated Maradona for players who complete every phase. That’s a proper bargain. If I’m building out my Ultimate Team more broadly, the FC 26 Squad Building Challenges guide covers cost-effective SBC solutions that pair well with any new cards I earn from objectives like this one. And for everything else happening in the game right now, the full EA SPORTS FC 26 guides collection has me covered.
At the end of the day, the La Albiceleste objective set is a gift if I sequence it right. Three matches, one sitting, and a stack of rewards to feed straight into my squad. Just remember: exactly 30 goals in Match 1, don’t crash the game, and keep it tight at the back in Match 2. Do that, and I’m laughing all the way to the reward screen. 🎮
